For talent placement and recruitment services, Neubridge acts as an intermediary between candidates and client organisations. We do not guarantee employment for candidates or successful placement for clients. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the client organisation.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership

7. Fees, Payment, and Billing

- Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of issuance
- Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which shall be charged in addition
- Neubridge reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding overdue payments
Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 15 days of receipt. Undisputed portions of invoices remain payable on the original due date.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
